Equine Assisted Activities & Therapies for Programs, Home & Clinical Use

Helping Those With Challenges & Disabilities

The Equicizer offers fun alternative ways of conducting therapeutic exercises for children and adults with disabilities. Our horses are currently being used in private homes, hippotherapy centers, rehabilitation facilities, youth outreach, recreational & therapeutic horseback riding programs. The Equicizer has helped improve the lives of those with physical, mental and emotional challenges.

The Equicizer is warm and friendly in appearance and built incredibly strong. Exercises beyond the typical horseback riding positions can be applied with stretching, strengthening and balancing in a safe controlled manner. Riders can increase their strength, stability, flexibility, balance, confidence and over all well being.

Those using the Equicizer include:

Arthritis, Cerebral Palsy, Emotional, Learning disabilities, Paralysis, Amputation, Down syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Autism, Educational & Training, Head Trauma  Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke Recovery.
