How To Place An Order for An Equicizer

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR AN EQUICIZER

 

All Equicizers are hand-crafted and made-to-order at The Wooden Horse Corporation workshop located in Norwalk, Ohio, USA. Because the Equicizer is built by hand, lead times vary depending on our order flow. Please see below on how you can secure your order into our building queue to receive an Equicizer as soon as possible. If you would like to inquire with our current lead time, please email us at info@equicizer.com 

 

Step 1 - Securing Your Order

A deposit of $1,000 USD is required for an order to be placed in the building queue for an Equicizer. You may also choose to pay for the order in full.

*Deposits are only partially refundable (please see cancellation policy below)

 

Payment Methods

Customers Within the USA

To pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, follow this link:  Making A Deposit For My Equicizer Order. To pay by check, please mail a check to: Wooden Horse Corporation, 819 West Dublin Road Norwalk, Ohio 44857.  If you prefer to pay in full, you may mail a check or contact us and we will supply you with a payment link.

We also have some Financing Options you can see on our website. Paying by check or financing options currently available for US customers only. 

International Orders Outside the USA 

For our international customers, if you would like to place and secure your order first via our webstore using a credit/debit card, you are welcome to do so. You are also welcome to email us first at info@equicizer.com to offer you our free service of researching shipping and delivery cost to your country. Once we have obtained the best price with the shipping information for you, we can supply you with a custom payment link through our secure webstore. This can include all cost with your order with freight if you choose to use your credit/debit card. You may also choose to use a bank wire transfer which we can email you our bank wire instructions form. International customers are also welcome to make their own shipping arrangements and orders can be prepared for freight and picked up at our workshop.

 

*Cancellation Policy: Once your order is confirmed and placed in our building queue, we are committed to you as our customer to build your Equicizer in line in which your order came in. Any inquiries and orders placed after your order will be positioned behind your order in our building queue. This increases lead times for other customers, which could inhibit our sales. Because of this, should you place a deposit and secure your place in our building queue, and then later choose to cancel, it is our policy that $500 USD of the $1000 USD will be refunded. The $500 retained will be offered as a store credit should you wish to reinstate your order at a later time.

Step 2 – Providing Order Details

 After completing your deposit or purchase, please fill out the Online Order Form where you will choose custom options for your Equicizer:

If you have any questions about options or would like to discuss your choices with us to help you make your final decisions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email and we’ll gladly help!  Additionally, after you’ve filled out all of your information, you may contact us to make changes or communicate any requests you may have until we reach the final stages of completing your order.

Step 3 – Sending Final Payment

Any remaining balance is due 10 days before the estimated shipping or pickup date, and we will send an email reminder with a final invoice when we are deep in the construction of your Equicizer. You may also make payments towards your Equicizer earlier in the timeline and we will create a running invoice showing your remaining balance.  Questions? Email us: info@equicizer.com

 

Additional thoughts and considerations when placing your order:

  • International orders, please feel free to contact us for shipping quotes before placing your order. We ship worldwide and offer a few levels of services for our international customers.
  • Thinking of buying any Equicizer accessories to go with your Equicizer? Most all our accessories can fit in the carton with the Equicizer and will add no additional cost to shipping. (except Riser Stand)
