Equicizer Elite models come complete with your very own customized name plate for no additional charge. The Equicizer Classic models come complete with a standard Equicizer brass metallic plate, but we can customize it for you!

*Note - when ordering custom name plates with your Equicizer order, we will personally fasten your name plate on to your Equicizer in our workshop so no separate shipping is necessary.
United StatesI have hemiplegia on my right side. I walk with a slight limp. I'm unable to use my right arm. After 12 years of mild to no progress on other therapies, I turned to the Equicizer.
